WAR OF EMPERIUM
  • War of Emperium has been reenabled and Bergel in Geffen is now available to enter and walk through ahead of WoE this weekend.
  • MVP and Mini Boss Cards are now disabled in WoE. You can still equip them, but they will not have any effect inside the castle.
  • If your guild intends to participate in Season 1 of 2024 but does not have a WoE Representative in our Discord yet, please make sure they get in contact via our ticket system.
  • Similarly, if your guild wants a WoE warper at a specific location, please make sure your WoE Representative lets us know.

Headgears
  • Added Angel's Kiss.
Cards
  • Added Clock Card.

JOB MASTER
  • Added Taekwon and Baby Classes.


SKILL CHANGES/FIXES

GENERAL
  • Changed Angelus, Signum Crucis, Assumptio, Soul Link, Kaahi, Over Thrust, Weapon Perfection, Adrenaline Rush, and Advanced Adrenaline Rush so that they do not save on logout, and their effects automatically end on all affected targets if the caster logs out.
  • Fixed a bug that was causing certain buffs to briefly dip into negative durations before expiring.

TAEKWON

All Kick Stances
  • Changed so that when a stance is triggered, auto attacks will not stop.
  • Changed so that stances cannot trigger while a stance is active, but a new stance cannot be triggered until the current one is used or expires.
All Stance-Based Kicks
  • Attempting a kick while attacking when not in a stance will cause it to drain 25 SP from the caster.
  • Attempting an incorrect kick for a stance will no longer end the stance, but will drain 25 SP from the caster.
Break Fall
  • Now triggers when an attack makes contact, rather than the moment the attack starts.
  • No longer replaces other combo windows with its Flying Side Kick counter window.
Enjoyable Rest
  • Changed the tick frequency to once every 7 seconds.
  • Added an effect where each time Enjoyable Rest restores SP, all other sitting characters within a 3x3 area of the Taekwon also receive the same amount of SP.
  • Added a check that prevents it from ticking if the Taekwon is AFK.
  • Change the skill scroll buff from using /doridori to affect all skill scrolls, not just Earth Spike scrolls.
Fighting Spirit
  • Is no longer affected by party members, and instead increases Base ATK by 5 -> 25% as long as the Taekwon can see at least one other player. Friend or foe.
  • The Base ATK bonus is doubled if the user is a Ranked Taekwon at or above Base Level 90.
Flying Side Kick
  • No longer removes the effects of One Hand Quicken.
High Jump
  • Reduced the base cast time for all levels to 0.8 seconds, but it can no longer be reduced by DEX or skills.
  • Added a 0.35 second Cooldown.
  • Now no longer even attempts to execute when used on a map that would block it from working.
Peaceful Rest
  • Changed the tick frequency to once every 5 seconds.
  • Added an effect where using /doridori increases the tick frequency to once every 2.5 seconds if done correctly.
  • Added an effect where each time Peaceful Rest restores HP, all other sitting characters within a 3x3 area of the Taekwon also receive the same amount of HP.
  • Added a check that prevents it from ticking if the Taekwon is AFK.
Prepare Counter Kick
  • Reduced the chance to enter Counter Kick Stance to 20 -> 15%.
Prepare Roundhouse Kick
  • Increased the chance to enter Roundhouse Kick Stance to 15 -> 20%.
Roundhouse Kick
  • Changed the knockback direction to random.
Running
  • Added a 0.5-second cooldown when deactivating toggling Running off.
  • Added a check that will prevent Running from starting if there is an obstacle within 2 cells of the intended direction.
  • Fixed a bug that would cause Running to fail to display for all other players, making it appear as if the Taekwon teleported across the world.
Taekwon Mission
  • Changed to a Platinum Skill, NPCs can be found in/around Amatsu, Louyang, and Ayothaya.
Warm Wind
  • Changed the prerequisites to High Jump 5, Running 5, and Fighting Spirit 5.

SOUL LINKER

All Skills
  • Substantially reorganized the skill tree.

All "Ka" Magic
  • Changed to be castable on any player without any restrictions.
Advanced First Job Spirit, Soul Linker Spirit
  • Removed.
All Soul Links
  • Reduced to 1 level.
  • Reduced the SP Cost to 30 SP.
  • Changed the duration to 120 seconds.
Alchemist Spirit
  • Removed Twilight Alchemy.
  • Added a bonus that removes the Medicine Bowl cost from crafting.
  • Added a bonus that gives each crafting attempt a 5% chance to consume and create 10 times as many items at once. This effect stacks multiplicatively with Into the Abyss.
Blacksmith Spirit
  • Added an effect that allows the Blacksmith to retain their Natural SP Recovery while Maximize Power is active.
  • Added an effect that removes the weapon break chance from any Overthrust that is cast while Soul Link is active.
Knight Spirit
  • Added a bonus that causes Brandish Spear to hit for its full damage regardless of where a target is in its effect area.
  • Added a bonus that increases the damage bonus of Brandish Spear by +3% for each point learned in spear-related skills.
  • Added a bonus that causes Joint Beat to always crit, and increases the duration of its debuffs by 300%.
Crusader Spirit
  • Added a bonus that reduces the immobilization on Auto Guard by 0.1 seconds.
  • Added a bonus that doubles the ASPD bonus of Spear Quicken.
Hunter Spirit
  • Added an effect that increases the damage of Freezing Trap, Land Mine, Blast Mine, and Claymore Trap by 200%, and, as long as a falcon is active, their placement range is increased by 6 cells.
  • Added an effect that causes Blitz Beat to inherit the Hunter’s attack Element.
Priest Spirit
  • Removed the increased SP cost component of the Holy Light bonus.
  • Added an effect that increases the duration of Gloria and Impositio Manus by 400%.
    • Note: Gloria and Impositio Manus effects granted through Basilica are also increased in duration.
  • Added an effect that reduces the cast time of Magnus Exorcismus by [Priest LUK / 1.5]%, and causes it to ignore MDEF equal to [Priest LUK / 2]%.
  • Added an effect that reduces the aftercast delay of all skills by [1 + Priest Base LUK]%.
Monk Spirit
  • Removed the AoE bonus from Combo Finish.
  • Added a bonus that reduces the Spirit Sphere cost of Blade Stop, Combo Finish, Tiger Fist, and Chain Crush Combo by 1.
Assassin Spirit
  • Added a bonus that removes the Gemstone cost and HP requirements of Venom Splasher, and increases its damage by 100%.
  • Added a bonus that causes any Poison applied by Envenom, Venom Knife, Venom Dust, or Venom Splasher to instead be applied as Deadly Poison.
Rogue Spirit
  • Removed the movement speed increase from Chase Walk.
  • Removed the duration increase on the STR bonus from Chase Walk.
  • Added a bonus that increases the effectiveness of Tunnel Drive by 300% (100% movement speed at level 5).
  • Added a bonus that increases the range of Intimidate by 2 cells per point that is learned.
  • Added a bonus that makes it so whenever a monster is successfully teleported by Intimidate, the Soul Linker responsible for the link gains a brief window in which they may use High Jump to leap to the location of the Rogue.
Wizard Spirit
  • Added a bonus that causes Water Ball to not consume Deluge or Watery Evasion tiles.
    • Added a bonus that allows Water Ball to be used without a water source, but each ball that is created without a water source costs the Wizard HP equal to 1% of their Max HP.
    Sage Spirit
    • Now increases the level of any spell cast through Auto Spell to the highest learned level of that spell, although never higher than the highest learned level of Auto Spell.
    • Now causes Soul Strike to trigger two times in rapid succession when cast through Auto Spell.
    • Now makes the Sage immune to casting interruption from damage (Except in WoE) as long as Free Cast 10 is learned.
    • Now reduces the movement speed penalty of Free Cast by a subtractive -25%.
    Super Novice Spirit
    • Removed the chance to reset the death counter.
    • Note: On Ragnagoats, there is a different way to reset the death counter.
  • Added a bonus that causes deaths to not be added to the death counter.
  • Added a bonus that makes it easier to get the attention of the Guardian Angel.
Kaina
  • Now also increases the effects of Peaceful Rest by 20 -> 100%.
Kaite
  • Change the damage calculation on reflected magic to be the same as other types of magic reflection.
Kaizel
  • Increase the duration of the Kyrie Eleison effect to 3 -> 9 seconds.
  • Added an effect that reduces the exp loss from death by 7 -> 50%.
Eswoo
  • Increase the SP cost to 105 -> 15 SP.
  • Increase the duration to 5 -> 35 seconds.
  • Added an effect that changes the target’s size to Small for the duration.
Eska
  • Change the Hard DEF bonus to always be 90.
Estin
  • Increase the damage to 10 -> 70% against Medium and Large size targets, and 40 -> 280% against Small size targets.

STAR GLADIATOR

All Skills

Anger of the Stars
  • Increased to 10 levels.
  • Changed to affect Neutral, Fire, Water, Wind, and Earth monsters on Days of the Sun and Days of the Stars.
  • Changed to affect Poison, Ghost, Undead, Shadow, and Holy monsters on Days of the Moon and Days of the Stars.
  • Now scales exclusively with DEX and LUK.
Blessings of the Sun, Moon, and Stars (New)
  • 1 Level
  • Active/Self-Targeting
  • Instant Cast/ASPD Delay
  • 50 SP
  • Call upon the heavens and ask for aid, gaining a 10-minute buff depending on the day.
    • On a Day of the Sun, grants Blessing 10
    • On a Day of the Moon, grants Increase Agility 10
    • On a Day of the Stars, grants both of the above effects
Comfort of the Moon
  • Increased to 10 levels.
  • Changed the duration to 5 minutes at all levels.
  • Effect reworked entirely.
    • Increases Hard DEF by 1 for every 14->5 Base DEX on Days of the Sun.
    • Increases Max HP by 5->50 for every 1 Base LUK on Days of the Sun.
    • Increases Flee by 1 for every 10->1 Base DEX on Days of the Moon.
    • Increases Perfect Dodge by 1 for every 13->4 Base LUK on Days of the Moon.
    • Grants all four bonuses at once on Days of the Stars.
Convergence (New)
  • 7 levels
  • Active/Automatic Targeting
  • Instant Cast/ASPD Delay
  • 35 SP
  • Usable for 2 seconds after using Roundhouse Kick (does not interfere with other stances)
  • Amplifies gravity around a target, dealing 180% -> 600% ATK physical damage to all enemies in a 9x9 -> 15x15 area and causes all non-boss monsters that aren’t currently immune to knockback to get pulled into the same cell as the initial target. Any target that is successfully pulled inward becomes stunned for 0.7 -> 5 seconds and is immune to further knockback effects for 1.4 -> 10 seconds. This stun cannot be resisted (although does not overwrite existing stuns), and its duration cannot be reduced.
Demon of the Stars (New)

  • Succumb to the boundless profanity of the stars, gaining 3->30% ASPD but becoming unable to be healed by skills or equipment. Cannot be dispelled or removed, and only ends when the caster dies. Using Demon while its effects are already active instantly kills the caster.

  • Increases the chance to enter Whirlwind Kick Stance by 1 -> 5%.
  • Each time Whirlwind Kick is used, Hunters in the same party have their chance to trigger Auto Blitz Beat increased by 100->200%.
Friend of the Moon (New)
  • 3 levels
  • Passive
  • Increases the chance to enter Counter Kick Stance by 1 -> 5%.
  • Each time Counter Kick is used, Monks in the same party have their chance to trigger Triple Attack increased by 100->200%.
Friend of the Stars (New)
  • 3 levels

  • Increases the chance to enter Axe Kick Stance by 1 -> 5%.
  • Each time Axe Kick is used, Sages in the same party have their chance to trigger Auto Spell increased by 100->200%.
Journey to the Sun, Moon, and Stars (New)

  • 0.8 second Cast / 0.35 second Cooldown
  • 100 SP
  • Perform a High Jump and immediately teleport to a previously saved location, depending on which level is used.
    • Enables the use of the /memo and @memo commands to save outdoor locations as warp points.
    • If no memo point exists for the level being used, the caster travels to their save point instead.
Knowledge of the Sun, Moon, and Stars
  • Changed to work on all maps all the time.
Meridian Dance (New)
  • 7 levels
  • Active / 1 Party Member
  • 7 -> 1 second Cast / 7 -> 1 second Delay
  • 50 SP
  • Distort space, instantly switching places with a party member. Any enemy that is attacking either target will change targets accordingly, and any skill that is currently in the process of being cast against either target will also change targets (unless the target is casting a spell upon themselves).
Union of the Sun, Moon, and Stars
  • Removed the HP loss from each attack.
  • Removed the instant death when attacking while below 20% of Max HP.
  • Removed the duration.
  • Now ends when Soul Link ends.
  • Changed so that it cannot be used together with Warmth of the Sun.
Warmth of the Sun
  • Increased to 10 levels.
  • Removed the ability to inherit Element.
  • Reduced the SP cost per hit to 1.
  • Reduced the SP cost per miss to 4.
  • Reduced the PvP/WoE enemy SP drain to 10 SP per tick.
  • Changed the rate of fire to 1.1 -> 0.2 seconds per target.
  • Changed to be usable on all maps.
  • Changed to only affect Poison, Ghost, Undead, Shadow, and Holy enemies on Days of the Sun.
  • Changed to only affect Neutral, Fire, Water, Wind, and Earth enemies on Days of the Moon.

  • Can now be used in towns.

BLACKSMITH

Hilt Binding
  • Removed the duration increases to Blacksmith party buffs.
  • Added an effect that prevents the Blacksmith’s weapon from being stripped.
Maximize Power
  • Added an effect that fully activates any card or equipment bonus that is normally gated by refinement.
    • Note: This applies on a per-effect basis, so for an item like Variant Shoes, the Blacksmith will gain the +20% HP/SP as if the shoes were +0, and the +5 DEF bonus as if the shoes were +10.
Weapon Perfection
  • Added an effect that increases the Max MATK (Safe upgrade) and Weapon Attack (Overupgrade) bonuses of all affected character's weapons by 20->100%.

SAGE

Abracadabra
  • Removed Change Cart and Vending from the list of spells that can be cast.

HIGH WIZARD

Magic Amplification
  • Split into two separate buffs for its “preparing” and “active” modes, which will allow Magic Amplification to be recast without overwriting the MATK increase of a previously cast one.
  • Added new buff icons to represent this change.

  • Now displays the MATK increase in “active” mode, instead of hiding it for who knows what reason.

ASSASSIN (CROSS)

Venom Splasher
  • Fixed a bug that caused Venom Splasher's detonation to stop the Assassin's movement.
Advanced Katar Mastery
  • Fixed a bug that allowed Advanced Katar Mastery to apply to Soul Breaker.

ROGUE

Backstab
  • Removed the aftercast delay for real this time.

STALKER

Chase Walk
  • Reduced the movement speed penalty to 28->0%.
  • Increased the duration of the STR bonus to 5 minutes.

BARD AND DANCER

The Ring of Nibelungen
  • Changed its effect to increase Min MATK by an amount equal to 40->100% of the difference between Min MATK and Max MATK.

CRUSADER
  • Reflect damage gear and Shield Reflect have been consolidated into a single hit, rather than two separate hits.

LORD KNIGHT

Berserk
  • Changed so it no longer fully heals the Lord Knight upon use, and instead heals for an amount equal to 2 times current HP. This will place the new HP total in the same relative position as it was before Berserk was activated.
  • Removed the Natural HP/SP Recovery penalty when Berserk expires.


MONSTER CHANGES/FIXES

GENERAL
  • Added Skill Scroll drops back to all monsters.
  • Changed it so when monsters summon or recall their minions, a 3x3 area around the monster is cleared of Ice Walls immediately before the minions are created/moved.

MVPs
  • Gave MVPs a means of targeting specifically their own minions with skills. This is not used anywhere yet.
  • Added a status effect that temporarily blocks the use of all types of portals. This is not used anywhere yet.
  • Added several versions of skills with a level that exceeds the normal maximum, often granting that ability an 18-cell range. This is not used anywhere yet.
  • Changed it so MVPs now resummon their mobs in chase mode as well.


ITEM CHANGES/FIXES
  • Fixed a bug that was causing MATK bonuses from weapon upgrades to count twice when using Two-Handed weapons.
  • Fixed a bug that would cause scrolls that are not consumed upon use to appear to be consumed until the user re-logged or changed maps.
  • Fixed an error in the item descriptions of Slash, Sage's Diary, and Vengeful Spirit.
