WHAT IS THE 'ANTI-INFLATION PATCH'?With the release of Episode 6 on the official servers, the so-called anti-inflation patch was introduced to make things smaller. It set all cards down to 0.01% drop chance, the smallest chance there is.
WHY WAS IT INTRODUCED?Prior to Episode 6, we were smaller. Official servers were smaller still... Most cards weren't, but why should that affect us? Affect me? Was it the bots that allowed cards to be 0.01% smaller (see below)? Bots were easily able to get smaller and flood the market, so why is it that our size is not crashing because of it? Are our bots larger than we think?
WHY?Ragnagoats still has a relatively small population, and is protected against size. There is no explanation or precedent for introducing this increase, and yet despite our greatest efforts to get smaller, we cannot... We. Cannot. Introducing the anti-inflation patch prematurely seems to have backfired, as size has... Can size adapt? No. We took all the precautions. There has to be another reason.
