Do you require the help of a staff member? The quickest and most efficient way to speak to us is by joining our Discord where you can open a ticket which we will answer as soon as possible.

Alternatively, you can reach us via e-mail at support@ragnagoats.eu.

You can, of course, also try to get our attention ingame. The command @request followed by a message will send a whisper to all staff members who are currently online. Please note that this option is very unlikely to reach any of us unless staff members just happen to be logged on to their staff accounts at the time.
